![]() ![]() I have been using this a lot over the last few days it was even possible to connect and use the desktop whilst only having GPRS coverage albeit very slowly. ![]() The mouse allows you to right click as well as left click and you are also able to pull up the onscreen keyboard too. Once connected to your desktop you are able to pinch the screen to zoom in and out and use a convenient on screen mouse to navigate around your VM. ![]() The VMware View branded loading connection window is shown and you are connected to your desktop. Once you have setup your computers you are able to connect to your desktop by simply taping the name of the desktop from the My Computers screen. Makes it a lot easier than some of the HP thin client I have configured that rely on you spelling the name exactly the same!. When configuring a view computer a connection is made to your View Connection Server and you are able to choose from a list of desktops available to you. When you are adding a new computer you get the option whether you wish to add a View computer or other RDP connection.īy toggling the VMware View On / Off it customises the connection settings screen for either an RDP or View connection screen which nicely use the official branding. Once the App has been download and installed from the app store you are greeted with a list of RDP and View connections, new computers can easily be created using the + symbol in the top right corner. After begrudgingly paying £11.99 for the application I set into looking how good it actually was compared to the largely positive reviews. Whilst browsing the app store on my iPhone I spotted Wyse Pocket cloud, a rdp and more interestingly VMware View app. ![]()
